On November 9th, during APEC CEO Summit, Tianjin Cement Development and Research Institute(TCDRI) signed three 6200tpd cement production lines with Europe Cement Group, the largest cement manufacturer in Russia, which lays concrete foundation for the company entering Russian market in a comprehensive manner.
