On June 30, the Gulang 4500t/d NSP cement production line, owned by Qilianshan Cement Group, Gansu and contracted by Sinoma Tianjin, was awarded FAC, which signifies the successful completion of the project.

The total construction period of the project is 15 months and it started on 15 November, 2011. Under the tremendous support of senior management and through the two severe winter seasons, the ignition of burning system was finished on 28 April 2013; Raw material testing was finished on 9 May and 72 hour performance testing of coal meal equipment, burning system, raw mill and cement mill was conducted from 20 June to 30 June. On 30 June, the employer issued FAC.
