On March 8th , Mr. Ruben Lobo, project manager of Tupi project Intercement signed acceptance certificate with Mr. Zhang Beiguo, his counterpart of Sinoma Int. for cement grinding &dispatching system, which signifies the completion of construction, installation and commissioning of this system and the entrance to one-year guarantee period. Due to wise leadership of senior management, close internal coordination, scientific arrangement at the site, during the commissioning period, the parameters of the cement grinding system exceed the ones stipulated in the performance guarantee terms of contract and the system has reached to first-class level domestic similar type of cement grinding system.
