On December 2nd 2013, Benin President, Boni Yayi paid his third visit to Nocibe cement plant contracted by Sinoma Int. (Tianjin).

During his tour, President Yayi visited cement packing and production section. He himself even started and operated cement packer. Afterwards, he signed his name on one bag of cement and congratulated Nocibe and Sinoma Int. on the work completed.

President Yayi also delivered a speech in the cement packing department. He expressed that he was happy to see Benin’s largest and most modernized cement production line put into production. He thanked Nocibe and stated that Nocibe cement plant would play a very active role in Benin cement market and economic development. Meanwhile he complimented Sinoma Int. (Tianjin) for completing its works in such as short time.
