On November 23rd 2013, cement mill 1# of Benin Nocibe project contracted by Sinoma Int. (Tianjin) was put in production. The first batch of qualified cement was produced.

In April, installation of steel structure was started, in June, mechanical equipment installed, in August, electrical equipment installed, and in October, commissioning started. In less than half a year, the project team overcame all difficulties and completed installation and commissioning works smoothly and made very good preparation for the production of first batch of cement.

Afterwards, performance test of cement mill 1# and commissioning of mill 2# will be commenced. And the on-site work will focus on the installation of clinker production line.
